I have been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2018. My experience spans residential, commercial, investment, and development properties, with current market knowledge in Vancouver and more than two decades of connection to Vancouver Island.

I earned a degree in Marketing and Management from Vancouver Island University. That background shapes how I prepare a property for market, explain value, negotiate, and guide clients through complicated decisions. I keep the advice direct, communicate clearly, and adapt the plan to the person and property in front of me.
